pizzeria ducky

I had an chance to visit a pizzeria that serves delicious neapolitan pizza from wood fires ovens that reach just over 400 degrees Celsius. they cook the pizza in 60 - 90 seconds in extreme heat and this is one of the reasons why the pizzas are so good. we had the arugula, ham and diavola pizzas which were really, really good. I will go back to try the more traditional Margherita and neapoleta pizzas...
